Thirumandriam Camp

Chinmaya Sarveshvara, Thamaraipakkam organised a Thamizh residential camp on Thirumandiram.Camp Acharya: Pujya Swami Sivayogananda ji, resident acharya of Madurai.
Camp was held from February 10th to 12th, 2018.
45 Devotees from various parts of Thamizh Nadu participated and listened to Swamiji on the upadesha section in the 1st Thandiram of Tirumandiram. It was really a uplifting and heart rendering experience, listening to the lucid explanations by Swamiji.

Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, the founder of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide (in 1951), consecrated Chinmaya Sarveshwara at Thamaraipakkam, Tiruvallur district in the year 1989. Since then, the center is serving the rural community through a charitable medical center and a free school named Harihara Vidyalaya. In 2005, with the blessings of Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda and the guidance of CORD National team at Sidhbari, Shri P.N.Kannan started the rural development work in Tiruvallur district.  From 2013 December, CORD was further reaching out to more villages and empowerment programs, under the able leadership of Smt.Priya Arunachalam.
